Hello! Anyone from South Carolina here? How is the market for BPO’s in this area?

I am in the lowcountry in Charleston, SC. I am starting to see BPOs starting again, not just for foreclosures but for bank refinances etc. I have been a Realtor well over 20 years and did a lot of them from 2008 to 2016. Starting to do them again myself and teaching my agents how to do them.
