Property Condition Reports
Check out the list of BPO companies for companies that do Property Data Collections and be sure to sign up. The company will pay $75+ to go to the property, answer questions, upload photos, and videos, and do a property scan that is through an app.

I enjoy doing the property data collections. Its busywork, and with most companies, you are 100% done when you walk out the door. The biggest obstacle I have are with listing agents that have never heard of data collection and don’t want to give you access to the property at first.

The Data Collection worked for me last year when the market was crazy. I did about 340PDC in about 14 months or so… There is another source of income..

I have been doing PCD for couple months now. I Like it better than BPO’s so far.
