Bpo fee?
I’m new to Bpo & pdc and had a few questions?
1. What do you tell companies asking what my fee is for bpo’s inside, exterior, and pdc?

Interior BPOs on average pay $45 each.
Exterior BPOs on average pay $75 each.
Property Data Collections on average pay $75 each.
“Average” is the keyword. Some BPO companies pay less than that and some pay more. Also, sometimes you can get paid more depending on your vendor scorecard, whether it’s a rush order, or if there is a low supply of BPO agents in the area.

Any idea why the AMC’s pay less for the Interior BPO vs Exterior BPO? I feel that the interior BPO is more time-consuming plus extra interaction with the owner/tenant and property environment. Shouldn’t we be compensated more for those interior orders?

That is an odd compensation plan. Is there less data to fill out on the BPO form for the interior BPO?
